| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: Initiates the extrinsic pathway of blood coagulation. Serine protease that circulates in the blood in a zymogen form. Factor VII is converted to factor VIIa by factor Xa, factor XIIa, factor IXa, or thrombin by minor proteolysis. In the presence of tissue factor and calcium ions, factor VIIa then converts factor X to factor Xa by limited proteolysis. Factor VIIa will also convert factor IX to factor IXa in the presence of tissue factor and calcium. Function: Initiates the extrinsic pathway of blood coagulation. The iron and 2-oxoglutarate dependent 3-hydroxylation of aspartate and asparagine is (R) stereospecific within EGF domains. DISEASE: Defects in F7 are the cause of factor VII deficiency (FA7D) [MIM:227500]. A hemorrhagic disease with variable presentation. The clinical picture can be very severe, with the early occurrence of intracerebral hemorrhages or repeated hemarthroses, or, in contrast, moderate with cutaneous-mucosal hemorrhages (epistaxis, menorrhagia) or hemorrhages provoked by a surgical intervention. Finally, numerous subjects are completely asymptomatic despite very low factor VII levels. Similarity: Belongs to the peptidase S1 family. Contains 2 EGF-like domains. Database links: Entrez Gene: 2155 Human Omim: 613878 Human SwissProt: P08709 Human Unigene: 36989 Human Important Note: This product as supplied is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications. 凝血因子7是肝臟合成的一種維生素K依賴性的單鏈糖蛋白,由4 0 6個氨基酸殘基組成,分子量約45kD。 凝血因子Ⅶ的半衰期最短（4～6h），血漿含量較低（0.5～2mg/L），故可作為肝病患者蛋白質合成功能減退的早期診斷指標。在慢性肝病患者通過肝活檢組織原位雜交的方法檢測到凝血因子Ⅶ的表達與肝纖維化的分級呈負相關，可作為預測纖維化程度的指標。凝血因子Ⅶ活性還與預后有著密切的聯(lián)系，經研究認為：凝血因子Ⅶ活性<34%的肝硬化患者93%在隨訪10月內死亡，故認為它是肝硬化患者預后好壞的早期預測指標，可更好識別肝移植候選人。肝硬化患者凝血因子Ⅶ活性可明顯下降，凝血因子Ⅶ缺乏可導致血小板活性的改變，結合血小板計數減少使出血時間延長，因此對有創(chuàng)診斷與治療的肝硬化患者，還應該用凝血因子Ⅶ活性進行出血危險度的評估，而不能僅看血小板計數。除診斷之外，重組凝血因子Ⅶ可以有效地糾正肝病患者凝血異常，有利于有創(chuàng)性檢查的進行。 |
