This lectin interacts transiently with almost all of the monoglucosylated glycoproteins that are synthesized in the ER. Interacts with the DNA-binding domain of NR3C1 and mediates its nuclear export. Subunit: Monomer. Component of an EIF2 complex at least composed of CELF1/CUGBP1, CALR, CALR3, EIF2S1, EIF2S2, HSP90B1 and HSPA5. Interacts with PDIA3/ERp57 (By similarity). Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded (Rat stomach); Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30min; Incubation: Anti-Calreticulin Antibody, conjugated (bs-5913R-BF488) at 1:200 overnight at 4°C; DAPI (5ug/ml, blue, C-0033) was used to stain the cell nuclei.
