儲(chǔ) 存 液 0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
保存條件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

SLC19A1 (Solute Carrier Family 19 (Folate Transporter), Member 1) is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with SLC19A1 include placental choriocarcinoma and thiamine-responsive megaloblastic anemia syndrome. Among its related pathways are Cell Cycle, Mitotic and Metabolism. GO annotations related to this gene include oxidoreductase activity and folic acid transporter activity. An important paralog of this gene is SLC19A2.

Function:
Transporter for the intake of folate. Uptake of folate in human placental choriocarcinoma cells occurs by a novel mechanism called potocytosis which functionally couples three components, namely the folate receptor, the folate transporter, and a V-type H(+)-pump.

Subcellular Location:
Membrane.

Tissue Specificity:
Placenta, liver, and to a much smaller extent, in lung.

Post-translational modifications:
Heavily glycosylated.

Similarity:
Belongs to the reduced folate carrier (RFC) transporter (TC 2.A.48) family.
